We Smell: Mixed berries and citrus peel.
We Taste: Plum, spice and an earthy, dry finish.
We Love: A blend of Grenache and whole-cluster Syrah, these grapes are fermented separately and mixed after the fact. Founders and brother's Lyle and Eric Railsback decided these two were more exciting when paired together. Named "Comme Vous Voulez", french for "as they liked", blending both grapes into one bottle.
